Tee Restaurant and Lounge
The Tee Restaurant and Lounge, an evocative design ambiance, can accommodate up to 150 guests. During the day, the large French windows that open up onto the elliptical swimming pool and the green of the golf courses take you into a uniquely light room. In the evening, the silver candelabrums are turned on, creating a gentle, elegant atmosphere.
The chef, Tiziano Rossetti, student of Gualtiero Marchesi, proposes a masterful seasonal cuisine from the traditions of his land, Emilia Romagna, blended with ingredients from all over the world.
His cuisine is light, fresh, essential and refined, with simple methods.
The chef loves to play around with contrasting consistencies and acidity, assigning great importance to the perception of individual flavours.
At lunchtime, a quick service and gold leaf tablecloths provide you with a one-stop dish including a taste of a first course (usually pasta or rice), a mini second course portion (fish or meat), and a side dish, all washed down with a fine glass of wine. Perfect for golfers' needs, or for business brunch at a special price.
At dinner, the atmosphere changes. The dishes are more elaborate and created from refined ingredients, served carefully in a room lit up by elegant candelabrums.
