From the professional to the high handicap player
The 18-hole championship course, of which 9 holes are currently under development, is controlled by the Agronomy University of Milan, and follows a technical route that accompanies the gentle slopes in maximum respect of the hilly landscape. As complete biological maintenance, it unwinds along the Conca Park, WWF oasis.

This hole is on the flat with a lake to the right and walnut wood to the left, with out of bounds. The green is offset to the side for the daring players, or straight if going round the lake. An enormous tentacle beach bunker emerges from the lake water surface, towards the green.
The tee lengths vary the hole from par 5 to par 4. The tee shot is played downhill towards the river Conca, and is unexpectedly wide, with an accentuated dogleg to the left. A series of bunkers dotted along the hole forgives no distraction. The green is on several levels set behind a maritime pine and oak forest.
An easy par 5 with the variable of possible reduction to a demanding par 4 in the second round. Dogleg to the right with the first part slightly downhill and the green raised over 3 levels, defended by 4 bunkers and behind Lake Conca, where you can admire the spectacle of the birds that crowd the lake.
Wide hole with variable difficulties according to the game strategy the player wishes to apply. It develops on the flat with an accentuated dogleg to the right. The right of the hole is flanked by a lake that also surrounds the green, in a raised position dominating the surrounding holes.
This hole is almost entirely on the flat, and flanked by kiwi crops. To the left of the landing-area, there is a lake ready to swallow up imprecise shot balls. The green is offset to the side with three bunkers as protection, requiring a precise shot. The landscape is uncontaminated with flowering shrubs, uncultivated areas, and a natural lake to the right. The end part is slightly uphill, with the green in front of the club house.
